She has led large-scale HR and employee relations functions across more than 20 countries, working with workforces of over 500,000 employees in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.

Throughout her career, including senior roles at global organisations such as Amazon and Mondelez International, Montanna has partnered closely with CEOs, executives, and operational leaders to strengthen workplace culture, reduce people risk, and drive sustainable business performance. This background provides her with deep insight into the realities of fast-paced and ambitious workplaces.

Emily is a dedicated Senior People Partner who brings a Masters-level qualification and extensive experience across complex, fast-paced corporate environments, particularly within warehousing, manufacturing, and large-scale operations. She brings valuable global exposure from her work with leading organisations including Amazon, Mondelez International, and MECCA, where she supported diverse workforces across multiple regions and operating models.

Throughout her career, Emily has built trusted partnerships with leaders and employees alike, helping organisations create workplaces where people feel connected, motivated, and genuinely valued. She specialises in employee engagement and change management, adopting a people-first approach that balances commercial outcomes with human impact.

Throughout her career, Catherine has built strong, trusted partnerships with business leaders, delivering practical, people-first solutions that enhance performance, strengthen engagement, and support compliance. She is known for her ability to provide clear, balanced advice that considers both business priorities and employee experience.

Specialising in employee relations and generalist advisory HR, Catherine supports leaders through talent reviews, complex employee relations matters, and policy development aligned to evolving legislation.
